Other Details to Note

Pool Heating: The pool is heated to a set point of 85 degrees during the fall, winter, and spring. Please be aware that during colder weather, the actual water temperature may be in the upper 70s or low 80s. The heater is not designed to heat the pool to hot tub temperatures. Pool Safety: The pool area is secured with a proper safety gate. Deck is also equipped with a water safety hook and rescue pole. There is no lifeguard on duty; guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times in and around the water.

House Rules

No open flames or candles are allowed on the property. We have provided battery operated candles for your use. This is a non-smoking house, including use of vape pens. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette or vape pen outside. $500 fine for smoking inside the house. Strict “no house party” policy. Use of decorations must be pre-approved by host. Absolutely no use of confetti allowed. Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am for our neighbors. Any City of Phoenix noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the renter. Fines start at $250. Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight. No exceptions to check-in and check-out times unless discussed with the host in advance.

The Ranch exceeds expectations. The management is on point. I got the opportunity to learn back strokes from the privacy of their pool. I can't ask for more. I would score everything 💯 including every single room being equiped to handled the business that happens there etc etc I would recommend The Ranch to friends and family 10/10

We enjoyed our time at this house. The backyard was fantastic! The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. There were also plenty of towels with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. We would stay here again.

Had a great time staying here with my family! The space was very nice and clean. Everything was exactly as described; we loved the heated pool even in 100+ degree temperatures this weekend 😅. The checkout instructions were so simple compared to other spots I’ve stayed at so I rly can’t recommend this house enough! Great location too—we felt very safe in this neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4 bed / 2 bath home! The house was immaculate, the space was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked — we were even able to host Thanksgiving dinner with our six young adult kids, which made the trip extra special. The backyard was a highlight: the heated pool, propane grill, and fire pit created the perfect space to relax and hang out together. The views were lovely, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was close to everything we needed. The host was very thoughtful, leaving a personalized welcome sign and a helpful book full of recommendations and information about the house and area — such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.
